Delivery:

Please note, it may take 7-10 working days for your item to be sewn especially for you so please take this in to account when estimating your delivery time. The estimates shown below are from the point that your item has been made and you have received a shipping email confirmation.

U.K

All orders within the U.K are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for. Delivery aim is the next working day.

 

Europe

Orders within Europe have a flat rate shipping fee of £8.99 and are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for. Delivery aim is 5-7 working days.

 

Exchanges and Returns:

Jakelle Studios accepts returns/exchanges on all unwashed, unworn and undamaged items providing the tags are attached and the item is returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
